Surefire Return Policy?
Surefire.com offers a 30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Any purchase that fails to meet complete satisfaction can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. The product must show no signs of damage or abuse.
To return a product for repair, replacement, or refund, an email should be sent to TechnicalSupport@surefire.com with full name, shipping address, phone number, and description of the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return the product will be provided. Products should not be returned without an RMA number issued.
The product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage or abuse. A credit will be received via the original method of payment. Monetary refunds and/or product exchange will only be granted on items purchased directly from SureFire. After the item is received, please allow 10 – 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit. Shipping costs can only be refunded for an error on SureFire's part.
